A SAILOR is suing the Ministry of Defence for £100,000 after he damaged his ankle playing a compulsory game of squash.
Submariner Mark Fraser, 42, has been unable to carry out duties at sea since the incident in 2004.
Fraser, a chief petty officer, sustained the injury when he slipped during an afternoon game at Faslane on the Clyde."
